Danna's
Short Inspired Devotions from the Bible
"God does not require you to follow His leadings on blind trust alone. Behold the evidence of an invisible intelligence that prevades everything; even your own mind and body."

David the Faithful
Thank you for visiting and for your support; and supporting our advertisers. Thank you for being such a blessing to this site:
I pray that the favor of God Almighty, will forever be upon you.
Psalms 34:1-4 states: "I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears."
Know that when it came to God, David believed and trusted in Him with every fiber of his being.
For David knew that nothing was too hard for God to do. And this is why David never hesitated when it came to taking everything to God in prayer.
For you see, when David was thirsty, he prayed to God. When he wanted to know why he was so blessed, he prayed to God.
And it was David's faith that drew him closer to God, when he'd prayed for his enemies.
It was David's faith that drew him nearer to God, when his life was in danger.
It was David's faith that drew him to God, even when he found himself crying out for forgiveness. You know... I'm curious, what draws you to God? What causes you to say: "Lord help me!"
When we think of how faithful David was, when it came to seeking the Lord in all things; let's remember to use that same measure of faith, when it comes to our own lives; when it comes to seeking God when we find ourselves in a time of need. And let's be found doing this, regardless if it's because we thirst, or if we are afraid. Let your faith draw you to the Lord today, and know that you can trust the Lord in all things -- Amen.
I hope and pray, that Danna's short devotion, was in some way, a blessing to you
