Jesus Walking On Water
The Idea
Behind it:
This illustration deals with the recorded account that mentions one of the many miracles that was performed by our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Here's that account:
"Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away. And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there. But the boat was now in the middle of the sea, tossed by the waves, for the wind was contrary. Now in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went to them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw Him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, 'It is a ghost!'
"And they cried out for fear. But immediately Jesus spoke to them, saying, 'Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid.' And Peter answered Him and said, 'Lord, if it is You, command me to come to You on the water.' So He said, 'Come.' And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus. But when he saw that the wind was boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink he cried out, saying, 'Lord, save me!'
"And immediately Jesus stretched out His hand and caught him, and said to him, 'O you of little faith, why did you doubt?' And when they got into the boat, the wind ceased. Then those who were in the boat came and worshiped Him, saying, 'Truly You are the Son of God.'"

Elijah & The Fire Contest
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with the recorded account that involves the prophet Elijah.
Here we find the prophet challenging the false prophets of Baal, to a fire contest, on the top of Mt. Carmel.
After giving the prophets of Baal a chance to prove their case (in which they failed).
Elijah called the people that were watching over to his area. And it
would be at this point, Elijah started to repair an old altar (which was
now in ruins), that had been already built, and dedicated to the Lord,
sometime ago. Nonetheless, Elijah repairs the altar, by using twelve
stones. Know that each stone, would represent, one of the twelve tribes
of Israel.
However, after doing this, Elijah began to dig a
three foot wide trench around the altar. He would dig this trench, so
that it would be able to hold twelve barrels of sea water. Next, he
would arrange the wood, and the offering, while he had the people who
were helping him, pour four large jars of water onto the wood, the
offering, and around the altar.
After all of this, Elijah would pray to the one true God:
"At the
time of sacrifice, the prophet Elijah stepped forward and prayed: 'O
Lord, God of Abraham, Isaac and Israel, let it be known today that you
are God in Israel and that I am your servant and have done all of these
things at your command. Answer me, O Lord, answer me, so these people
will know that you, O Lord, are God, and that you are turning their
hearts back again." 1 Kings 18:36,37
Then
immediately the fire fell from the heavens, as it completely brunt up
the offering, and the wood, along with the twelve stones and water, that
had surrounded the altar. After seeing this, the people fell on their
knees, and proclaimed that Elijah's God, was indeed, the One True God!

The Prophet From Judah & King Jeroboam
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with the recorded account that involves the prophet from Judah, and the first king of Israel's Northern Kingdom, Jeroboam.
It's at this point, that we find God sending a message to Jeroboam. Know that this message dealt with Jeroboam's idolatry.
God would send this message, through a prophet, that He'd called from out of Judah:
"O altar, altar! This is what the Lord says:
'A son named Josiah will be born to the house of David, On you he will sacrifice the priest of the high places who now make offerings here, and human bones will be burned on you.'
"That same day the man of God gave a sign: 'This is the sign the Lord has declared: The altar will be split apart and the ashes on it will be poured out.'" 1 Kings 13:2-3

Hard Lesson Learned
However, after Jeroboam had heard the message from the prophet, the king
stretched out his hand, and pointed to the prophet of God. It would be
at this time, Jeroboam would order his guards to seize the prophet, and
arrest him. But immediately after the king had given this order, his
hand had shriveled up, so much so, he could not withdraw it back.
And
because of the new affliction, that was brought against him; Jeroboam
pleaded with the prophet. For the king pleaded for him, to pray to the
God that the prophet was serving, so that his hand could be restored.
The prophet would indeed humble himself, as he prayed to God, on
Jeroboam's behalf. The prophet prayed, that the king's hand would be
restored. And after the prophet had finished his prayer, God immediately
restored Jeroboam's hand.

David the Victorious
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with the reputation that David had earned, when it came to being a great war general.
Here are a few scriptures to consider, when it comes to this recorded account:
"Whatever Saul sent him to do, David did it so successfully that Saul gave him a high rank in the army.
"This pleased all the people, and Saul's officers as well.
"When the men were returning home after David had killed the Philistine, the women came out from all the towns of Israel to meet King Saul with singing and dancing, with joyful songs and with tambourines and lutes.
"The women sang as they played, and said, 'Saul has slain his thousands, And David his ten thousands.'" 1 Samuel 18:5-7
"So he sent David away from him and gave him command over a thousand men, and David led the troops in their campaigns. In everything he did he had great success, because the Lord was with him. When Saul saw how successful he was, he was afraid of him. But all Israel and Judah loved David, because he led them in their campaigns." 1 Samuel 18:15-17

Deborah & Barak: Now Is The Time To Attack!
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with Deborah and her war commander Barak, while they were on the top of Mt. Tabor.
This is the moment, right before Barak was to lead his ten thousand men into battle, against Sisera and his infamous 900 iron chariots.

Who Were The Men Barak Led?
I also want to point out, that the men that Barak was leading, came from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun:
"Then
Deborah said to Barak, 'Up! For this is the day in which the Lord has
delivered Sisera into your hand. Has not the Lord gone out before you?'
So Barak went down from Mount Tabor with ten thousand men following him.
And the LORD routed Sisera and all his chariots and all his army with
the edge of the sword before Barak; and Sisera alighted from his chariot
and fled away on foot." Judges 4:14,15

Elisha Splits the River Jordan
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with the recorded account, that points towards the scene, in which Elisha splits the River Jordan right after he was promoted by the Almighty, to master prophet.
This happened right after God had taken Elisha's master teacher Elijah, up to heaven in a whirlwind with a fire chariot, and fire horses.
The splitting of the River Jordan was a sign from God that showed Elisha and the student prophets that were watching on the other side of the Jordan; that Elisha had acquired the approval and authority from the Heavenly Father to continue on, in Elijah's footsteps, when it came to the earthly ministry that the prophet had left behind:
"Then he took the mantle of Elijah that had fallen from him, and struck the water, and said, 'Where is the Lord God of Elijah?' And when he also had struck the water, it was divided this way and that; and Elisha crossed over." 2 Kings 2:14

Samson the Judge of Israel
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with the recorded account of Samson, the twelfth judge of Israel. Know that Samson's name means: "little sun." He was born in the city of Zorah, which was located between Dan and Judah.
His father was Manoah, and his mother is unnamed; but the Scriptures inform us, that at one point in time, she was barren. And so therefore, she couldn't bear kids on her own.
Samson's mother was visited by an angel, who told her that although she was barren, she would conceive, and bear herself a son.
Understand that the angel's foretelling, when it came to childbirth; would place Samson's mother from within an elite group of women, who themselves, also had a foretelling, when it came to them being able to bear kids. This group of women would include, but not limited to: Issac's mother Sarah, Elisabeth, the mother of John the Baptist, and Mary, the mother of our blessed Savior Jesus Christ.
Free Bible Coloring Pages - Exciting Bible Characters
Very Strict Instructions Had to be Followed
Nonetheless, Samson's mother was instructed not to drink wine, or any type of strong drink. She was also instructed, not to eat anything unclean. When it came to Samson, she was instructed not to cut his hair, and was informed, that he would be a Nazarite from birth. Keep in mind, that the angel's emphasis on Samson being a Nazarite, would let Samson's mother know, that he must keep the Nazarites vow, from day one.
Understand that Nazarites vow, dealt with Samson not being able to touch
wine, or any type of strong drink. It also dealt with him, not being
able to cut his hair; and he was not permitted, to go near a dead
body.
Samson was appointed judge of Israel, while the country
was being oppressed by the Philistines. Know that this oppression, would
last for forty years, before Samson was appointed to the position.
However, after Samson was appointed judge, Israel from that point
forward, would enjoy a twenty year period of peace, while they were
under his leadership. Samson's recorded account, begins at the
thirteenth chapter, and runs through, to the sixteenth chapter, from
within the Book of Judges

Elisha the Miracle Prophet
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with the recorded account, that points towards the prophet Elisha; for he was the one who'd studied under the Master Prophet Elijah; before he had succeeded him.
This had happened right after the Lord had taken Elijah up in a whirlwind, along with a chariot of fire.
Notice how I added "Master" to the title of Elijah? I've done this, for we must understand, that Elijah was indeed the Master Prophet, that was over at least three Prophet Academy Schools at the time. These schools were located from within Gilgal, Bethel and Jericho. All the student prophets (which included Elisha) referred to him as "Master." On another note? It's very possible that these Prophet Academy's were originally founded by the prophet Samuel?

He Was A Great Prophet
Now when it comes to Elisha; know that he was the son of Shaphat, and he
had came from the rich meadow-lands, that was located four miles south
of Beth Shean, which was called Abel Meholah. Now although Elisha
trained under Elijah, know that their ministry would be very different
from each other? For you see, Elijah's ministry had a strong judgment
and punishment feel to it, and so therefore, his miracles and actions,
would be a reflection of that. When it came to Elisha's ministry, he had
more of a mercy and grace approach, and so therefore, his miracles and
actions was a reflection of the two.
With the exception of
Jesus, and perhaps Moses, there wasn't a person that God used so
mightily, when it came to performing miracles. Because of this, Elisha
would earn the title, and reputation, of being known as "The Miracle
Prophet." This coloring illustration, deals with Elisha spending some
meditation time with God in the fields, along with a friend. The account
of Elisha's ministry starts at 2 Kings 2:14

David the Heroic
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with David's recorded account before he officially took over the throne of Israel.
Know that David had always been heroic, and courageous, even before he had taken on the Philistines champion that was known as: The Mighty Goliath.
Nonetheless, while Goliath had stood before the army of Israel, and taunted them for forty days; it was clear, that no one was willing to go out and face the Giant of Gath, when it came to a one on one matchup?
And honestly, why would they? For we must understand, that Goliath was a massive man, for it has been recorded, that he had huge girth, and stood close to ten feet tall.
It wouldn't be until David, the son of Jesse (who was also the youngest, from out of his father's eight sons) was bringing his brothers some food (for they'd served in Israel's army, under the rule of Saul, the Israel king) and it would be at that time, that Goliath would finally receive a volunteer, when it came to the challenge that he had been daring the Israelites to accept, for the past forty days.

David Was Already Known to be Courageous
Understand that David at this point in his life, had already been anointed to be the next Israel king after Saul. However in the meantime, David would faithfully serve under Saul, by being his armor bearer, and a musician from within his court. Make no mistake, David was brave, and was very confident in himself; for we must remember, that prior to this moment, he had already slewed both a lion, and a bear, while tending to his father's flocks.
Be that as it may, we now find David going out to meet face to face with the Mighty Goliath. And even though the challenge that was now before him, seemed to be daunting; know that he didn't take much with him. For he went out with just a sling, and five smooth stones. David would end up slewing the Mighty Goliath; while becoming a hero to his countrymen in the process.
David would go on and have a very celebrated military career, while he served under Saul; and would later on, become the greatest King that Israel had ever known. This illustration is a young David enjoying the moment of just being appreciated, and celebrated, some time later on, after he had slewed the Mighty Goliath. This account can be found at the seventeenth chapter from within the book of 1 Samuel.

Deborah the Judge of Israel & Barak
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration deals with the recorded account of Deborah and Barak. Their story can be found from within the Book of Judges (from a studying perspective, this would also be known, as the Judges Stage)
Know that the "Judges Stage" begins at the Book of Judges, and runs all the way through, to the Book of Ruth.
Know that from within this stage, it also includes the first seven chapters, when it comes to the Book of 1 Samuel.
Also from within this stage, you'll find the accounts that deal with fourteen to fifteen judges? Now don't get confused, for you must understand, that the Book of Judges list only twelve official Israel judges.
Free Bible Coloring Pages - Exciting Bible Characters
Two Unofficial Judges?
I'll also like to point out, that the other two official Israel
judges who were Eli and Samuel; have their accounts listed separately
from within The Book of 1 Samuel. Here are some scriptures to consider:
Eli
-- "When he mentioned the ark of God, Eli fell backward off his chair
by the side of the gate. His neck was broken and he died, for he was an
old man and heavy. He had judged Israel forty years." -- 1 Samuel 4:18
Samuel
-- "Samuel continued as judge over Israel all the days of his life.
From year to year he went on a circuit from Bethel to Gilgal to Mizpah,
judging Israel in all those places. But he always went back to Ramah,
where his home was, and there he also judged Israel. And he built an
altar there to the Lord." -- 1 Samuel 7:15-17
Free Bible Coloring Pages - Exciting Bible Characters
However, Eli and Samuel brings the judges tally to only 14. So who's number 15?
Now the reason why I mention a possible fifteenth judge? Deals with the fact, that some teach, that Barak was himself... a judge? But I want you to know, that personally, I believe this viewpoint to be incorrect; for the Scriptures clearly state, that Barak helped, and assisted Deborah, when it came to the business of warfare. For he was the commander of her army and not a judge.
Barak
had led Deborah's army to victory against Sisera and his infamous 900 iron
chariots of Canaan. Now the reason why Deborah needed to use Barak in
this type of capacity, dealt with the mere fact, that at the time, armies weren't
considered intimidating, respected, or feared, if a woman were to lead
them into battle. So men would be more reluctant, when it came to joining an army, that was lead by a woman.

Deborah Was Extraordinary
Nonetheless, when it comes to Deborah, know that there's not much known about this extraordinary woman. But what we do know, is that although she was sweet in nature, she was also known to be sharp and courageous, when it came to facing her opposition. She was a strong God fearing woman, both in mind and spirit. She was also wise and fearless, in spite of the challenges she faced.
Know that Deborah was the only Israel judge, that was a woman, and one out of two, that held the office of both judge and prophet. The other one who was able to serve in such a way, was the prophet Samuel. Now it's possible, the Israelites went to her, not only for government and civil type matters, but also for spiritual ones as well. For she was totally dedicated to Israel.
And like I stated earlier, she possessed a unique gift set, that allowed her to serve as both prophet and judge. And she did this, both faithfully and diligently; she also did this at a time, that had been recorded to be one of the most oppressed times in Israel's history. Know that the account of Deborah and Barak, can be found in the fourth and fifth chapters from within the Book of Judges.

The Mighty Goliath
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is based off the recorded account, that dealt with David & Goliath. Know that Goliath was a giant Philistine warrior, that was known to have stood around 10 feet tall.
He comes on the scene, at a time, when Israel was at war with the Philistines; a war that was taking place from within the Valley of Elah.
Goliath was the warrior that the Philistines had used often, when it came to intimidating and taunting opposing armies.
Because of his size, Saul the Israel king and his men were very afraid of him. Know that Goliath's taunting and intimidation, would carry on for 40 days, before David himself, had came on the scene.
Know that also at this time, that David was a young shepherd boy, who was serving under king Saul, as an armor-bearer. Personally, I see this recorded account as being very powerful and inspiring. For it teaches us, that as long as we have God on our side, that we shouldn't shy away from the challenges, that we are constantly faced with, from within our own day to day lives. This account can be found from within 1 Samuel 17:1-58

Moses & The Burning Bush
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is based off the recorded account of Moses.
Know that the burning bush would come into play, after Moses had spent the last forty years of his life in hiding, as a shepherd in Midian.
It was during his stay in Midian, that he would marry a woman named Zipporah, who was also the daughter of Jethro.
Know that Moses had entered into this stage of his life, after he had spent a good deal of the first forty years of his life, living as a prince from within the Egyptian palace.
But this would come to an abrupt end, for he had to flee the Egyptian kingdom from within this point of his life; since he had accidentally killed an Egyptian guard that was beating on a Hebrew slave. You can find this particular recorded account from within Exodus 3:1-10

Lucifer the Fallen One
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is based off the recorded account that deals with the most powerful angel that was ever created by the hand of God.
First let me point out, that this was very daring on my part to have this illustration drawn up on Lucifer.
For his existence is doubted, not only by the world, but also by some church leaders and Bible teachers as well.
Personally, I think this is very interesting, being that his existence is constantly echoed, and declared, from throughout the Holy Scriptures. Lucifer has been mentioned at least seven times from within the Old Testament, and some nineteen times, from within the New.
I for one, can't see how a person who studies the Word of God seriously, could ever doubt the existence of Lucifer (Satan). To ignore his account, is to ignore one of the most powerful testaments, to just how priceless the human being really is.

He Was the Most Powerful Angel
Understand, that he was the most powerful, and the most beautiful angel, that was ever created; and yet, he was jealous of us. So much so, he tried to rise up against God and the eternal kingdom. His foolish attempt to try to overthrow God, because he was jealous of the tremendous value that the God had poured into us, not only speaks volumes about us, but it caused him to lose his highly esteemed angelic position, from within God's eternity.
Because of his pride, and envy towards us, he was cast out of heaven, and into eternal darkness. Know that the value and privileges that the Lord has bestowed on us, is so great; that it causes creatures from within the spiritual realm to grow envious. To get a good idea on the position that Lucifer held, I would suggest you read Ezekiel 28:12-19

The Trinity
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is based off the trinity concept, when it comes to the Godhead.
Now this is another daring illustration that I had drawn up, being that there are so many different views amongst mainstream Christianity, when it comes to this subject.
For me... as I see it, there is only one God, and the trinity concept shows us the three different functions, that He chooses to operate in, when it comes to us the human being; which is the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

There's No Use In Trying To Debate
Now I won't use this section of the website to get into the different
opinions on the subject. Or Perhaps, I won't use any part of this site
to do so either. For I know that this subject has caused more division
amongst the body of Christ, than it has united.
NOTE:
Although the word 'Trinity' is not in the Bible; the fact that the
scriptures at times, has referred to God, as if He was a plurality of
persons; simply can't be denied. (Psalms 110:1 - is one good example -
out of many)
Regardless of what our finite minds are capable of
understanding, when it comes to the infinite Almighty One. Bottom line
is this -- God will still be God, when we're all done with the useless
arguing and debating sessions.
In the illustration you have:
God the Creator - centered / On God's right - Jesus Christ / On God's left - The Holy Spirit

Elijah & The Fire Horse Chariot
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration was inspired by the recorded account that deals with the moment that God takes Elijah up to the heavens.
Know that this will would mark the moment, in which Elijah's recorded account and ministry would come to an end.
And from this moment forward, it would be his student Elisha that would continue on, when it comes to being God's chosen servant, and the master prophet.
"As they were walking along and talking, suddenly a chariot of fire appeared, drawn by horses of fire. It drove between them, separating them, and Elijah was carried by a whirlwind into heaven. Elisha saw it and cried out, 'My father! My father! The chariots and charioteers of Israel!' And as they disappeared from sight, Elisha tore his robe in two." -- 2 Kings 2:11,12

Daniel & The Lion
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is inspired by the recorded account that deals with the prophet Daniel.
Daniel was a young (early teens perhaps) nobleman of Judah, that was taken in the first group of captives, during what would be known as 'the captivity stage' of Jerusalem.
He has been noted, and recognized, as being the author of the book of Daniel. Although every book in the Bible is very important, keep in mind, that the book of Daniel is extremely important, when it comes to gaining further insight, when it comes to the book of Revelation.
Most would say, that it would be hard to a have some sense of true understanding, when it comes to the book of Revelation, without first having a general understanding, when it comes to the book of Daniel.
Be that as it may, I had this picture done up as a light-hearted scene, which deals in reference, to perhaps Daniel's most famous account: Daniel & the Lion Den. This particular record, can be found in the sixth chapter of Daniel.

Samson the Young Nazirite
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is based off the recorded account that deals with the very popular Samson.
Know that Samson would become Israel's twelfth and final Judge that's listed from within the Book of Judges, in which he'd served for 20 peaceful years.
But also keep in mind, that there are two more unofficial Israel judges, that are not mention from within the Book of Judges. And those two are Eli and the prophet Samuel. Now I stated they were unofficial, because it depends on who you ask. But the Word of God clearly states that they were indeed judges:
"Samuel continued as judge over Israel all the days of his life." -- I Samuel 7:15
"Then it happened, when he made mention of the ark of God, that Eli fell off the seat backward by the side of the gate; and his neck was broken and he died, for the man was old and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years." -- 1 Samuel 4:18
Free Bible Coloring Pages - Exciting Bible Characters
However, Back To Samson
Samson was a Nazirite who was born at a town that was known as
Zorah. Samson was perhaps the most famous, from out of Israel's fourteen
Judges? And actually, personally, I would give him a slight nod over
Gideon (Israel's fifth Judge) and the prophet Samuel (Israel's
fourteenth Judge)
And although Samson had many accomplishments,
he was known to have a weakness for beautiful women. The most famous
account would be his downfall, that came by the hands of a woman named
Delilah. This account can be found at Judges 16:4-31
Be that as
it may, this page deals with a lighthearted scene, in which a young
Samson is showing off in front of two pretty girls, and is embarrassed
when his mother catches him.

Noah & The Raven
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is inspired by the recorded account of Noah's Ark.
Now when it comes to this account, know that the raven was the first of two birds, that Noah was sending out, in order to scout the area from above.
He was doing this, so that he can see, if the waters from the Great Flood had completely receded.
This recorded account can be found at Genesis 8:6
However, from within this illustration, notice how the Raven is sitting outside the Ark, when all of a sudden, he gets hit with a really big raindrop.
Needless to say, the raven did not like it. And again, this is just a fun perspective, that was inspired from the recorded account of Noah's Ark.

Jesus & Friends
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is inspired by the person, who is known as our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The core part of His recorded account, can be found from within the four gospels: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John
However, when it comes to this illustration, know that it deals mainly with a young lion cub, and a kid (young goat). These two were having a headbutting contest, and as you can see, the lion came up on the losing end.
Well, I guess you can interpret this as a lesson learned for the lion; and of course, Jesus is right there to point it out. Nonetheless, this is just a fun creative idea, for the kids to color.

Isaac & Family
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration was inspired by the recorded account, that dealt with Isaac's sons, Jacob & Esau.
Know that their recorded account, can be found, and begins at Genesis 25:24.
This illustration is in a playful way, pointing to the birth of the two boys.
Know that they were twins, and that Esau was born first. For the recorded account reveals, that Jacob was holding unto the heel of his brothers foot, when he was born right behind his brother Esau.
This scene is just a light hearted look at them, being a little bit older, and of course Jacob is still up to his old tricks. A fun creative idea for the kids to color.

Elijah & The Fire Horse
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is inspired by the recorded account that deals with Elijah the prophet.
The moment from the account, that gave me the idea when it came to the fire horse, can be found at 2 Kings 2:11-12
This illustration is in reference to God taking Elijah up to the heavens, from within a whirlwind, along with fire horses and a fire horse chariot.
Now with that being stated, here we have from within this illustration, Elijah hanging out in a field along with a fire horse. Just another fun creative idea for the kids to color.

Abraham & The Ram
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is inspired by the recorded account that deals with Abraham and the ram that God had provided for him to use, in place of Isaac.
The moment in which the recorded account points to, can be found at Genesis 22:13
This illustration is in reference to God basically giving Abraham another faith test. For we find, that God had instructed his faithful servant to offer up his son Isaac as a sacrifice.
And with Abraham being the faithful servant that he was, he'd decided to do as he was instructed by the God that he served. And just when he was about to carry out God's instructions, that very same God stopped him. For the Lord being the loving Father that He is, provided a ram for His servant.
So the Lord cause a ram to caught in a bush nearby; and this ram, will be the offering instead of Isaac. This illustration shows that ram, and rest assured, he has a bad feeling. Just another fun creative idea for the kids to color.

Elisha & Friends
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration was inspired by the recorded account that deals with the prophet Elisha & The Attacking She Bears.
This particular recorded account can be found at 2 Kings 2:23-25
Now obviously from within this illustration, what we see, are playful cubs; for they're not the fierce attacking she bears that were mentioned from within the Book of 2 Kings.
The prophet Elisha seems to have a pretty good relationship when it comes to bears; so much so, they are more than willing to protect him.
Be that as it may, here we have a light hearted perspective, when it comes to how Elisha would spend some relaxing time, when it came to his friends and their families. Just another illustration, that I thought would be a fun idea for the kids to color.

Young Moses & The Young Egyptian Prince
The Idea Behind it:
This illustration is inspired by the recorded account that deals with Moses' early life as a child.
Moses would spend a good deal of his young adult life, from within the Egyptian palace.
This would happen during the first forty years of his life.
For it would be at this time, that he would be provided with the best Egyptian education, as he gradually increase his standing from within the family dynasty that was in power at the time.

A Great Outside Resource
Unfortunately, to get a more detailed, possible outlook, when it
comes to Moses' early years; you would have to go to some very trusted
outside sources, in order to find out more. Being that God's Sacred
Record doesn't really go into specifics, when it comes to this part of
Moses' life.
Now personally, I trust the works of the Josephus,
For he was a renown Jewish historian who has written countless works
when it comes to the Word of God and it's timeline. I would suggest that
you would give the works of Josephus a serious look, if you want to
know more, when it comes to Israel's early historic years. However, from
within the Word of God, Moses' official recorded account begins in the
second chapter, which takes place from within the Book of Exodus.
